Overview

The Customer Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing service and maintenance activities on customers' sites, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and supporting customers in a designated region.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Previous experience in the energy generation industry is preferred.
  • Ability to document and execute programs successfully.
  • Technical experience with analytical thinking.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
