In Short

• Own and oversee strategic asset allocation processes.
• Define investment guidelines for tactical adjustments.
• Identify optimal security selection and trade execution.
• Establish benchmarking and monitor performance.
• Develop understanding of asset allocation principles.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in asset allocation or portfolio management.
• Experience in defining a 2-3 year vision for asset management.
• Ability to communicate investment concepts effectively.
• Creative, independent problem solver.
• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Eager to teach and learn within the team.
