Overview

The Portfolio Manager will oversee the day-to-day transaction management of a portfolio of properties for global corporate services clients, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree level estate management qualification or equivalent.
• Membership of RICS preferred.
• 2 years relevant commercial property experience.
• Knowledge of property management legislation.
• Technical competence in property management.
• Basic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets).
• Property management background in corporate or private practice.
• Working knowledge of industry-specific packages preferred.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver results.
