Overview

The Transaction Coordinator will provide operational coordination to C&W transactions management professionals supporting a client’s dispersed portfolio of real estate locations around the world.

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels.
• Support the transactions team with necessary documentation.
• Track and report lease expirations and critical dates.
• Draft service requests and engagement letters.
• Facilitate commission invoicing and reporting.
• Assist with data reporting and portfolio management.
• Handle general administrative duties.
• Review broker market surveys for client delivery.
• Coordinate client feedback and surveys.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of transaction information.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in finance or real estate.
• Strong client service skills.
• Excellent communication proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Technical proficiency in relevant tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong research skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
