Overview

The Transaction Coordinator at JLL provides high-level administrative services and support to ensure effective department operations while maintaining confidentiality.

In Short

  • Provide direct administrative support to department directors and managers.
  • Coordinate activities, calendars, and meetings for the department.
  • Manage department projects and functions assigned.
  • Prepare real estate documents and assist with lease administration.
  • Ensure department operations are accurate and effective.
  • Maintain client databases and prepare presentations as needed.
  • Process legal and other invoices for the department.
  • Provide training to new staff when required.
  • Handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Complete special projects as requested.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of administrative support experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of technology applications.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies/tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism.
  • Client-focused with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team player and flexible.
  • Ability to work independently and take accountability.
