Overview

The Transaction Coordinator I is responsible for providing administrative support to Licensed Mortgage Professionals, managing loan processing duties, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

In Short

  • This is a fully remote position.
  • Oversees multiple aspects of origination and file management.
  • Maintains loan documentation and ensures accuracy.
  • Tracks loans to meet deadlines.
  • Communicates with clients and LMPs to provide updates.
  • Prepares and distributes marketing materials.
  • Assists in developing relationships with referral sources.
  • Participates in internal meetings and trainings.
  • Handles various administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintains a professional image and follows company policies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative, sales, and/or marketing experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Encompass and major origination systems preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must implement written procedures effectively.
