Overview

The Senior Transaction Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating the acquisition process of real estate assets, ensuring data integrity and communication among stakeholders.

In Short

  • Coordinate buyer and seller transactions from agreement to closing.
  • Engage in title/escrow, lending, and appraisal processes.
  • Review Title and HOA documents for compliance.
  • Manage property inspections and documentation submission.
  • Maintain communication with agents and lenders.
  • Input transaction data into internal systems.
  • 3+ years of real estate transaction experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SQL is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
