Requirements

• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred.
• Experience in project management and budget management is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good communication skills.
