Overview

JLL is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing strategies and supplier management across facility operations and capital projects for a client campus in life sciences, manufacturing, and industrial environments.

In Short

• Lead sourcing processes end-to-end including supplier identification and onboarding.
• Manage suppliers across various facility services.
• Support procurement for capital projects.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal and Risk teams.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Travel to Puerto Rico up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
• Experience in Integrated Facility Management is a plus.
• Knowledge of vendor performance management.
• Exposure to capital projects sourcing.
• Experience with cost optimization initiatives.
