Overview

As a Remote Assistant Facility Manager at JLL, you will oversee operational excellence and seamless service delivery across geographic locations, acting as the pivotal single point of contact for distributed office and retail portfolios.

In Short

  • Serve as the main point of contact for facility equipment and maintenance issues.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Create, manage, and verify work orders.
  • Monitor vendor invoice submissions and manage payments.
  • Administer the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Analyze work orders and develop strategies for operational performance.
  • Produce reports on maintenance and service levels.
  • Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and facility teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and service level requirements.
  • Support call center escalations and provide updates on repairs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in facilities management.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Highly organized with multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under stress.
  • Collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to be on call as needed.
  • Preferred: Facilities Management certification.
  • Experience in global organizations.
