The Specialist, Strategic Sourcing at JLL plays a critical role in optimizing managed services operations and sourcing strategies for clients, ensuring supplier performance and risk mitigation.

In Short

• Support Integrated Facilities client and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence.
• Lead contract management activities including negotiation and execution.
• Develop sourcing plans focused on cost savings and supplier diversity.
• Manage sourcing-related functions and execute RFPs.
• Provide detailed status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies.
• Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management.
• Support development of diversity programs.
• Mentor suppliers through meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories.
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS applications.
• Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Jaggaer or Ariba) is a plus.
