Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain.
• Experience with CNC machining, 3D printing, or fabrication.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Willingness to travel for supplier engagement.
• Familiarity with supplier visits and on-site relationship building.
