• Reports to the Director of Supply Chain Solutions.
• Works closely with sales, product success, and manufacturing solutions.
• Eligible for hybrid work in Austin, TX, Fort Worth, TX, or Oklahoma City, OK.
• May require in-office work up to 3 days a week.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement required.
• Contract negotiation experience is essential.
• Ability to travel up to 40% required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or automotive industries.
• Experience running large projects and sourcing various parts.
• Knowledge of supplier capability requirements for manufacturing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and autonomy.
• Desire to create and own complex workflows.
• Comfort working across unique products in different industries.
• Passionate self-starter with integrity and ethics.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
