Strategic Sourcing Senior Associate - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Sourcing Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the company's overall Non-IT & PS Sourcing strategy. The role will support the sourcing process at DTCC for Non-IT & PS category spend and partners closely with business leadership to continuously drive value for the organization.

• Partner with stakeholders to create a sourcing strategy that aligns with business needs.
• Support management of relationships with key vendors.
• Ensure compliance with policy and process for category spend.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of strategic sourcing and procurement workflow.
• Pro-actively manage renewals to drive savings.
• Participate in value-driven QBRs for key vendors.
• Leverage spend and contract data to identify opportunities.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers for favorable terms.
• Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities.
• Continuously develop subject matter expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of Non-IT & PS Strategic Sourcing experience.
• Experience developing RFXs and negotiating contracts.
• Strong organizational competency.
• Comfortable with organizational change.
• Demonstrated skill in developing category management strategies.
