In Short

• Partner with company leaders to assist with key decision making by applying business judgment and financial insights
• Work on projects related to unit economics, margin levers, core business expansion, and new opportunities
• Partner with accounting and data science teams to build foundational analytical tools
• Build guardrails and milestones for financial and performance management
• Represent Team Finance as collaborative and proactive members
• Think strategically and execute models that aid in decision making

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a highly-analytical, complex finance role
• Real estate or prop-tech experience is a plus
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation methods
• Agile self-starter with accountability for projects
• Service-oriented attitude with strong listening skills
• Knowledge of Looker and/or Host Analytics is a plus
• BS / BA in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or similar
