Overview

The Transaction Coordinator provides operational coordination to transactions management professionals supporting a client’s dispersed portfolio of real estate locations worldwide.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional client service at all levels.
  • Support the transactions team with required documentation.
  • Track and report upcoming lease expirations.
  • Draft and process service requests and engagement letters.
  • Facilitate commission invoicing and input into reporting system.
  • Assist with reporting functions and KPI tracking.
  • Handle general administrative duties.
  • Process paperwork and ensure proper distribution.
  • Gather data and market information for clients.
  • Prepare transaction communication tools for internal approval.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience in real estate transactions preferred.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate market research.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with TM Technology is a plus.
