The Senior Transaction Coordinator provides operational coordination to transaction management professionals supporting a client’s dispersed portfolio of real estate locations worldwide, ensuring exceptional service and efficient management of transactions.

Requirements

  • Must hold a state real estate salesperson license.
  • 2+ years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
  • Ability to understand commercial real estate documents.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Proficient in data manipulation and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate market research.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
