Overview

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager. This role is a perfect blend of project-, client- and people management skills.

In Short

• Ensuring successful delivery of up to 5 accounts, mostly enterprise US-based
• Monitoring project health based on defined KPIs
• Resolving business/project management escalations
• Preparing and running Monthly Business Reviews and QBRs with clients
• Building positive relationships with key client-side stakeholders
• Managing revenue structure of the portfolio of projects
• Driving extension of contracts with clients
• Ensuring that Project Managers and Business Analysts manage projects successfully
• Monitoring and assessment of Project Managers and Business Analysts performance
• Supporting Project Managers and Business Analysts with self-development objectives
