Overview

The Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a group of assets, ensuring compliance with policies, and meeting client expectations based on operating budgets.

• Manage a portfolio of properties in the Jacksonville, FL area.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets.
• Ensure compliance with FPI Management policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial reports and property conditions.

• Ensure properties meet FPI standards for maintenance and appearance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management leadership.
• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Real Estate Salesperson License required.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Certification from an accredited organization preferred.
