The Affordable Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a group of assets, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and meeting the expectations of clients based on operating budgets.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in affordable housing programs.
• Leadership experience in property management.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Preferred certifications in property management.
• Valid Real Estate Salesperson License.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
