Overview

The Affordable Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a group of assets for FPI Management, ensuring compliance with regulations and meeting client expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with affordable housing programs.
• Leadership experience in property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Certification in affordable housing programs preferred.
• Valid Real Estate Salesperson License.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Proficient in English communication.
