In Short

• Perform as the primary business owner for tracking and modeling our end to end data center lifecycle.
• Run our capital and operating expense forecasting and capacity modeling.
• Review and understand P&L by location for impacts at a portfolio- and business-level.
• Serve as the primary business partner and data center portfolio expert for other internal CoreWeave groups.
• Contribute to data center pipeline management and aid in construction of business cases for expansions of capacity.
• Responsible for maintaining library of data outputs and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data centers or portfolio operations.
• 3+ years of experience in operations.
• 1+ Years of experience with a high-growth startup or consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing portfolios of assets is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar educational/professional experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
