Overview

The Client Portfolio Manager (CPM) acts as the primary relationship manager for assigned institutional client relationships, focusing on client retention and growth while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
  • Proven track record in relationship management with institutional clients.
  • Deep understanding of institutional consultants.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income and capital markets.
  • Ability to lead complex client relationships.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging clients.
  • Ability to manage the full client lifecycle.
  • Team player with leadership qualities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
