Client Manager - Remote

Overview

The Client Manager will support provider clients in collaboration with Cedar’s Client Management Leads, focusing on client engagement and ensuring successful interactions with Cedar.

In Short

• Co-own a portfolio of aligned provider clients.
• Intake product enhancement requests and provide status updates.
• Support collateral and facilitation for client check-ins.
• Conduct data analysis to tell key value stories to clients.
• Utilize internal dashboards to surface insights to clients.
• Contribute to Client Management team tasks.
• Support collaboration with various departments.
• Maintain a culture adhering to Cedar's values.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
• Prior experience in the healthcare space with provider clients.
• Proven track record of successful client engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Revenue cycle knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
