Overview

Honor is seeking a Client Manager to create a seamless and high-quality experience for clients in coordination with partner agencies, focusing on exceptional service and relationship management.

In Short

Requirements

  • 3+ years in client or patient management or customer service.
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work.
