• The Implementation Specialist is responsible for onboarding Care Professionals and Clients to the Care Platform.
• Leads the onboarding lifecycle and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Refines client information and assesses transition risks.
• Requires operational agility and travel approximately 30-40% of the time.
• Remote role with standard working hours when not traveling.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to support various business needs.
• Conducts needs assessments and verifies care plans.
• Manages stakeholder communication and leads meetings.
• Ensures compliance with state-specific requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in onboarding, training, customer service, or compliance roles.
• 3-5 years experience in healthcare, home care, or operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Understanding of employment compliance and care delivery regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
