Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist will assist clients and the Implementation team with tasks related to ensuring a smooth implementation process, preparing clients for installations, and ensuring successful project completion.

• Manage transition from Sales to Implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Card Systems or POS systems.
• Good understanding of Oracle Simphony and CBORD Odyssey.
• Strong understanding of networking and IT terminology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-directed with ability to follow processes.
