Overview

As an Associate Implementation Consultant at Illumia, specializing as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our NetMenu platform, you will play a critical role in delivering both on-site and remote implementations for our Healthcare clients.

In Short

• Lead on-site and remote implementations of the NetMenu platform.
• Deliver comprehensive training to hospital and dietary teams.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and healthcare clients.
• Maintain documentation, including agendas and implementation plans.
• Meet revenue and billable utilization goals.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of NetMenu and related systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Strong experience with relevant systems and proficiency in training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
