Implementation Consultant - POS/Cashless - Remote

In Short

• Join the Global Services team as an Implementation Consultant.
• Responsible for implementing campus card solutions.
• Manage technical project engagements independently and as part of a team.
• Deliver on-site or remote installation and go-live support.
• Provide expert training and consultative services.
• Work with hardware and software configurations.
• Comply with PCI compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Travel up to 25% domestically.
• Lift up to 50 pounds for hardware installation.

Requirements

• Degree or certificate in a technical or IT concentration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach.
• Experience with retail Point-of-Sale or Cashless systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and SSO authentication is beneficial.
• Familiarity with PCI Compliance standards is a plus.
• Experience in client technical support roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of MS Office and other Microsoft products.
