Associate Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you will launch and manage a book of business for Mid-Market email clients, supporting Lead Implementation Consultants and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance our email product.

In Short

• Onboard customers to Attentive’s email product by learning client goals and executing launch strategies.
• Project manage email migrations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Develop solutions to complex customer problems using Attentive tools.
• Support Lead Implementation Consultants on strategic account launches.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success teams.
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements.
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a technical client support role.
• Experience with ESP or CDP preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience managing ESP migrations.
• Comfortable learning new software tools.
• Creative in product rollouts and roadmaps.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Passionate about innovative products.
