In Short

• Provide a best-in-class onboarding experience for Lucid customers across all segments.
• Develop an understanding of your customers’ business objectives and success criteria.
• Engage directly with stakeholders inside customer organizations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert through the successful delivery of technical solutions.
• Align early with account teams and prospective customers.
• Re-engage with customers post-implementation for new initiatives.
• Required work in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in a technical field or strong technical aptitude.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Empathy and a passion for problem-solving.
• Outstanding task management skills across varied responsibilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bias towards finding solutions.
