Associate Implementation Consultant - Remote

In Short

• Provide a best-in-class onboarding experience for Lucid customers across all segments.
• Develop an understanding of customers’ business objectives and success criteria.
• Drive alignment with stakeholders inside customer organizations.
• Act as the project lead on customer engagements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for change management and account configuration.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Collaborate closely with technical and solutions consultants.
• Re-engage with customers post-implementation for new initiatives.
• Required work in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
• 3+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in implementation or customer success.
• Strong project management expertise, certifications a plus.
• Experience in building relationships within projects.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
