Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Consultant will be a trusted advisor for customers, helping them maximize the value of the Gatekeeper platform through effective onboarding and implementation.

In Short

• Deliver customer implementations to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Migrate data into the Gatekeeper platform.
• Develop automated workflows based on customer business processes.
• Record Time to First Value (TTFV) for each customer.
• Optimize AI usage in implementations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the Gatekeeper platform.
• Identify expansion opportunities for upselling.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
• Provide feedback for service improvement.
• Document business processes clearly.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end software implementation on SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in AI tools and features configuration.
• Strong project management and business analysis skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in data migration and system integration.
• Ability to identify customer expansion opportunities.
• Familiarity with SaaS and Customer Success concepts.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and documentation.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
• Experience with Vendor Management systems is a plus.
