In Short

  • Guide new clients through onboarding and training.
  • Analyze business processes and design personalized onboarding plans.
  • Coordinate data migration and manage project communications.
  • Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and promote user adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Manage project plans and report status to stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing e-Learning programs and reporting templates.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Project Management certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS software implementation or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Experience engaging with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Parks & Recreation software is a strong asset.
