Overview

As an Implementation Consultant at Xplor, you will facilitate the implementation of CRM solutions for clients in the Fitness and Wellbeing sector, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project timelines.

In Short

• Deliver full cycle software implementation plans for customers.
• Establish trust and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Develop migration scripts for data transfer between systems.
• Manage application delivery and conduct product presentations.
• Conduct discovery meetings for system analysis and improvement.
• Configure software to align with customer business processes.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports.
• Conduct training sessions for users on software functionalities.
• Assist in creating effective training materials.
• Participate in product improvement sessions based on feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software training experience, preferably in the Fitness & Wellbeing industry.
• Advanced understanding of ERP, CRM, and Member Management systems.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on timely delivery.
