In Short

• As the Technical implementation consultant, you are the primary technical point of contact for the customer and project stakeholders.
• You ensure seamless delivery of our innovative solutions from inception to go-live.
• Elevate the delivery of IT projects, providing technical support and training.
• Lead customers in improving their business processes and architecture.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements within Gorilla's professional services.
• Write technical specifications for data-intensive algorithms.
• Create technical documentation and diagrams.
• Give high-quality technical demos to prospective clients.
• Analyze and comprehend the energy client’s business and tech stack.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a technical relevant area or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT projects and digital product development.
• Experience in designing and implementing data-intensive applications.
• Coding experience with Python and Pandas is a plus.
• Proficient in system integrations and various integration technologies.
• Experience creating architecture diagrams and process maps.
• Adept at balancing technical and client-facing roles.
• Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector is a significant asset.
• Fluent in English and open to travel once a month.
