Overview

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to support our Payments organization. This role will serve as a key partner to employees and managers, helping ensure a seamless employee experience through effective onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR support.

In Short

  • Manage and execute onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities and documentation.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries.
  • Provide coaching on employee relations and HR policies.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including job changes.
  • Ensure accurate processing of HR transactions.
  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems.
  • Assist with HR initiatives and programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • 3+ years of Leave Management experience.
  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Exposure to employee relations and manager coaching preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., UKG, Workday) is a plus.
