Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be a key member of the Client Services team, driving client success through effective implementation strategies and collaboration with various teams.

In Short

• Develop expertise in the Sageworks Banking/Loan Origination platform.
• Lead client implementations of varying sizes through design and configuration.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain project plans.
• Manage daily execution of implementations, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Communicate design strategies and configuration details for client training.
• Maintain job aids and training materials for product design.
• Coordinate post-implementation handoff to the Client Success Manager.
• Support product usage, client satisfaction, and configuration needs.
• Collaborate with the Product team to enhance product functionality.
• Provide customer service through technical support and follow-up.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or SaaS product implementations.
• Banking experience and credit knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation skills for client engagements.
• Attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to solve problems with limited direction.
