Training Consultant - Remote

Overview

We provide technology that community financial institutions use to manage risk and drive growth. Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs.

In Short

• Deliver one-on-one and group training (virtual and onsite) to financial institutions on Abrigo’s credit and lending software solutions.
• Guide clients through the effective use of our software to meet their unique business processes and lending strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert on credit and lending processes.
• Partner with implementation and project management teams to support a smooth client experience.
• Complete all post-training documentation and follow-up to ensure client readiness and satisfaction.
• Provide consultative support throughout the client lifecycle.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials and educational resources.
• Contribute to internal enablement by training peers on product functionality.
• Continuously improve product expertise through ongoing learning.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS training or management consulting, or 5+ years in credit and lending roles.
• Ability to tailor content for various audiences, including executives and front-line users.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated customer-first mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Comfort working independently and contributing to team improvements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending processes is a plus.
