Requirements

• Ability to travel 75-90% including weekends.
• 2+ years experience in software training or relevant medical practice experience.
• Experience with Xtract software preferred.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic communicator with a consultative approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a customer service focus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Apple products.
