Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst, Sales is the analytical backbone for the entire Sales organization, focusing on optimizing sales performance across New Logo acquisition, expansion (Upsell/Cross-sell), and retention activities. This role drives sales efficiency by analyzing pipeline health, modeling sales productivity, managing territory data, and providing critical analytical support for sales forecasting and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics or Operations.
  • Functional knowledge of B2B Sales process.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
  • Proficiency with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Experience building predictive models for churn risk.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data modeling.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable with feedback.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
