Overview

Millennium System International is seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to help align and optimize our sales, marketing, and customer success efforts, fueling sustainable revenue growth.

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies in collaboration with the GTM leadership team.
• Optimize sales and marketing processes to improve revenue performance.
• Implement and manage automation tools to streamline operations.
• Ensure data integrity across all systems and provide reporting support.
• Create and maintain dashboards for revenue forecasting.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations or similar roles in a B2B SaaS capacity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry preferred.
