Limble is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to work at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, leveraging data to build revenue models, develop financial forecasts, and guide key decision-making for our go-to-market teams. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you'll own the creation and execution of financial models, capacity planning, ROI tracking, and commission structures. Your insights will inform the company’s growth trajectory, ensuring we achieve revenue targets efficiently and effectively.

You'll know you’re crushing your goals when you’ve successfully built scalable financial models, optimized commission structures, improved forecasting accuracy, and delivered critical insights that directly influence revenue growth.

In Short

  • Develop and manage financial models to forecast customer revenue and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to support strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration through project management in Jira.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions.
  • Own and continuously optimize revenue-related systems and processes.
  • Build dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide visibility into revenue metrics.
  • Timely processing and fulfillment of service desk tickets.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in RevOps, BizOps, or SalesOps in a SaaS company.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement and customer success management tools.
  • Proven ability to partner with diverse teams to drive process improvements.
  • Ability to build, analyze, and present revenue models and forecasts.
  • Strong command of Excel, including pivot tables and data modeling.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce workflows and integrations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with a broad GTM tool ecosystem.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to influence and align teams on shared goals.
  • Track record of ensuring data hygiene and designing scalable solutions.
