In Short

  • Support lead research/enrichment and manage outsourced research teams.
  • Build sales sequences and automation strategies for improved outreach efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize CRM and sales automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams for cross-selling initiatives.
  • Own sales reporting and analytics across corporate development and sales.
  • Analyze outreach and conversion data for scalable improvements.
  • Support sales forecasting.
  • Partner with servicing teams for cross-servicing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations or sales strategy roles.
  • Proven ability to manage CRM and sales automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with sales data.
  • Proactive with the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
