Earned is a tax-smart financial services firm dedicated to serving doctors, their families, and their practices. The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in scaling client development and corporate development efforts, optimizing sales infrastructure, and driving outreach.

• Support lead research/enrichment and manage outsourced research teams.
• Build sales sequences and automation strategies for improved outreach efficiency.
• Manage and optimize CRM and sales automation platforms.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations or sales strategy roles.
• Proven ability to manage CRM and sales automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with sales data.
• Proactive with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
