The Director of Client Development will be a key leader driving Earned’s new client development efforts, focusing on new client acquisition and asset formation in a rapidly scaling financial services start-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's or MD preferred).
  • Series 65 Investment Adviser Representative license required.
  • Expert with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • 7+ years of wealth management experience.
  • Innovative and self-starter mindset.
  • Deep understanding of physicians' wealth management needs.
  • Proven ability to develop and close high-net-worth prospects.
  • Flexibility to meet with prospects outside regular hours.
  • Empathic and trustworthy with clients.
