Overview

The Retirement Plan Associate will engage potential clients through lead generation and support the Director of Client Development in driving revenue goals by scheduling meetings and closing leads.

• Actively prospect and nurture leads to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in retirement plan sales.
• Solid understanding of retirement plans and consulting services.
• Familiarity with investment products and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Series 65 required.
• CRPS or similar designation preferred.
• Strategic thinker committed to client value.
• Curious and passionate about constant improvement.
