Procurement Associate - Remote

Overview

The Procurement Associate optimizes the flow of information across the entire Supply Chain function, updating key reports by collecting data from multiple sites. You will focus your attention on tactical information to ensure all data pulls are accurate while also helping to own all inventory movements within ERP. Additionally, you will analyze data trends and performance by providing critical insights that help drive procurement strategies.

In Short

• Gather inventory reports from contract manufacturing partners.
• Write and track purchase orders to manufacturing partners and vendors.
• Update POs based on changes and ensure BOMs and COGS are set up.
• Learn and update the MRP file monthly.
• Update rebate tracker for raw materials monthly.
• Assist Product Development in building COGS for new product launches.
• Prepare reports for Accounting Month-End Close.
• Create and manage SKUs and product information in ERP.
• Schedule inventory transfers between locations.
• Record and coordinate disposal of expired inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business-related field.
• 2-4 years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations.
• Experience with inventory management practices.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams.
