Overview

The Sr. Manager, Product Development Project Management is the operational engine behind Nutrafol's product innovation pipeline, ensuring the delivery of category-leading wellness products on time and within budget.

• Lead the end-to-end orchestration of product development projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in product development.
• Familiarity with FDA and regulatory considerations is a plus.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering complex product launches.
• Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in building and scaling project management functions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
