• Lead the coding, testing, and deployment of dynamic and responsive emails.

• Ensure compatibility and accessibility compliance.
• Conduct QA to validate email functionality and rendering.

• Maintain and evolve template libraries for efficiency.
• Act as a mentor for junior team members.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HTML/CSS email coding.
• Strong understanding of email best practices and deliverability.
• Experience with ESPs like Iterable and Klaviyo.
• Proficiency with QA and rendering tools.
• Experience with dynamic content and automation workflows.
• Ability to diagnose rendering issues across email clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a track record of quality work.
