Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or similar field.
• 4-6 years of operations management experience.
• 1-2 years of managerial experience.
• Knowledge of eCommerce business models.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for audits and visits.
• Flexible mindset for potential weekend coverage.
• Experience with eCommerce project analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with operational skills.
